How do I edit sentiments?
When browsing positive or negative tweets, you can edit the sentiments
if you think the automated sentiment analysis is not correct. All you have to do is click on the sentiment you think is right, refresh the browser and Actionly will immediately apply the new sentiment to that tweet and if you export tweets, the tweet will have the new sentiment.
We have also added a column for sentiments to all twitter excel exports and reports so you can easily filter tweets in excel.
Color coding for Sentiment Analysis:
Green circle = positive tweet, Red circle = negative tweet, Grey circle = neutral tweet
