How do we upgrade or downgrade our account?

Click the Settings tab, the plan you are currently using will be listed in bold. There is a drop down box where you will only be offered the other two options (besides the one you are using) and then select the appropriate option plan and accordingly you will be upgraded or downgrade.(Note: To upgrade or downgrade, you must be the account owner. You can see who is the account owner by clicking on the “Users” link at the top of every screen.)
